Celestis Mobile Labs Ltd. Sti. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. Because different apps we publish have different features, the type of information collected and how it is used may vary by app.

 

This Privacy Policy is organized per app so users and reviewers can clearly see what applies to them. Please read the section that corresponds to the app you are using.

 

1. Glow – AI Image & Video App

Information Collected

• User-uploaded images or videos, which may contain a person's face ("face data").

• We do not extract, generate, or store facial geometry, face recognition templates, face embeddings, or any other biometric identifiers. Face data is handled only in the form of the original image or video file the user uploads.

Purpose of Collection

• Uploaded images and videos are used solely to generate AI-based images or videos at the user's explicit request.

• Face data is never used for advertising, analytics, user profiling, identity verification, or to train or improve AI models (ours or any third party's).

Third-Party Sharing of Face Data

To fulfill a user's generation request, we share the uploaded image or video with a single third-party AI processing provider:

​

• Fal.ai (Features and Labels, Inc.) — runs the AI models that generate the requested image or video output.

 

Reason for sharing: Fal.ai hosts and executes the AI models that produce the generated output. Without sharing the uploaded file with Fal.ai, the core functionality of Glow cannot operate.

Fal.ai's storage of face data: Fal.ai temporarily stores the uploaded file to carry out the processing request. Under our agreement with Fal.ai, they are required to:

• use the file only to perform the requested AI processing on our behalf,

• not use the file to train their own or any third party's models,

• not share the file with any further third party,

• delete the file within 7 days of processing.

The 7-day limit exists so that Fal.ai can complete the generation, handle retries or error recovery, and deliver the output back to our servers, without retaining the file any longer than operationally necessary. Data Retention

• On our servers: uploaded face data and the resulting generated content are retained for up to 6 months, after which they are permanently deleted. This 6-month window exists so that users can return to the app and re-download or re-use their previously generated content without having to re-upload the original photo — the most common user request after a generation. We do not retain face data beyond this operational need.

• On Fal.ai: face data is deleted within 7 days, as described above.

• Face data is never stored indefinitely.

User Rights

Users may request deletion of their uploaded face data and generated content at any time, before the retention periods above expire, by contacting us at the address in Section 6. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days and propagated to Fal.ai where applicable.

 

2. Stellium – Astrology & Subscription App

Information Collected

• Name

• Email address

• Birth information (date, time, and place of birth)

• Device identifiers

Purpose of Collection

• Processing and managing subscription payments.

• Calculating astrological information.

• Sending notifications and updates related to the app.

• Improving features and functionality.

Data Sharing & Storage

• Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist with payments, analytics, or app functionality. These providers may only use data as instructed by us.

• Advertising & Analytics

• Stellium may use advertising and analytics services. These third parties may collect and use information for targeted ads or behavioral analysis. Users should refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Users can access, update, or request deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
